THE PROCESS

Reserve your VIP Day: Pick your date and complete onboarding. You’ll get a prep checklist, content workbook, and upload links. Spots are limited to keep the experience white-glove.

Prep & content drop: You’ll submit: final copy, brand assets, approved images, page list, and links (booking, socials, email, etc via ManyRequests.). If something’s missing at 48 hours out, I’ll use tasteful placeholders to keep us moving.

Your VIP Day. Your role on VIP Day: be reachable on ManyRequests with 15-20 minute feedback windows. Delays may reduce what we can complete that day.

Post-launch polish (7 days) You get 2 rounds of edits for tweaks like copy refinements (≤20% per page), image swaps, spacing, and link updates.

  • Your core 5 pages go from zero to launched in one dedicated VIP Day, provided your prep is complete by the deadline.

  • Copy and images are client-provided. I’ll guide structure and flow. Light copy polishing happens during edits; full copywriting is an add-on.

  • We’ll prioritize the top 5 for your VIP Day. Extra pages can be added as an upgrade or booked in a follow-up mini-day.

  • Those are outside the VIP scope but absolutely possible as separate projects.

  • Squarespace — it’s beautiful, reliable, and client-friendly. (Hosting subscription not included.)

  • Yes! I’ll connect your domain, set page titles/meta, and add image alt text. Ongoing SEO/content strategy is separate. We do not provide expert SEO integration.

  • I don’t use templates for our website design. We create everything from scratch, and customize all of our designs to match each brand’s desire aesthetic & brand identity.

  • We can reschedule once (with notice) or proceed with strategic placeholders. Delays may reduce what we can deliver day-of.

  • You get 2 rounds within 7 days post-launch for tweaks (copy ≤20% per page, image swaps, spacing, links). New sections/pages are scoped separately.

  • Deposit is required to secure your date. Remaining balance is due at project completion. Cancellations/deposits are non-refundable.
